Does the 360 Feedback Process Create Actionable Knowledge and Equally Across Cultures?

The results indicated that the United States and Ireland were significantly different from Malaysia and Ireland showed stronger positive changes in actionable knowledge then that of the other countries. The study also took into account power distance, individualism, moral, commitment, self awareness, and tension.
