Michael Sick is an internationally recognized, innovativemanagement consultant specializing in strategic marketing, advertising and business development. Sick is a former Marketing VP with brands including Arby’s, Burger King, Pearle Vision and Jack In The Box. Sick has been involved with hundreds of new product launches and knows first hand that new products are the growth engines for most companies. Sick worked with over 50 companies including startups and brands like Coca Cola, Amazon, University of San Diego, CostCo, The Army Reserve, PetCo and companies involved with E-Commerce, software, fitness, media, wireless, entertainment and electronics. Sick serves as a virtual CMO for clients and offers a broad range of services which span from performing a brand audit, to participating in a new business effort, to defining new business opportunities, mentoring, interim management, integrating online and offline marketing, social marketing, PR and/or developing best practices
Peter V. Bridle has over 25 years’ experience working in the oil and gas industry and has a well-deserved reputation for open, candid and straight talking leadership that has enabled some of the world’s largest international drilling contractors to develop leading edge safety programs and cultures. Peter has worked across many aspects of the E&P industry and has extensive international experience - having lived and worked in almost 25 different countries. In his last main corporate role, Peter helped Noble Drilling win the industry’s safety award for excellence over three consecutive years in 2007, 2008 and 2009. He has written many ground breaking papers related to HSE management, the most recent of whichtitled “Fixing Human Error” was published in December 2014 and is being presented at SPE. Peter is on the board of delegates for the Robert W. Campbell Award and is active in supporting the National Safety Council. Peter now works for Pegasus Risk Management, an independent consultancy group that helps organizations better understand their operational risk profiles and then works to install the corporate cultures necessary to manage them.
Ray Winkowski has forty Years’ experience as Manufacturing Operations Manager, Program Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Import / Export Compliance Manager, Supplier Chain Commodities Manager across all areas of manufacturing including Machining, Sheet Metal Manufacturing, Chemical Processing, Non-Destructive Testing, and Assembly. My expert knowledge of requirements gives me the ability to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of manufacturing processes from Quote to final delivery without risk to product quality and performance. He is RABQSA Certified AS9100 Rev C AIE Auditor (#A6771) & RABQSA Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (#Q6771), International Trade Compliance Manager, Export Empowered Official responsible for International Export and Import activities including Export Licensing, Import Tariff Classification, Import Clearance through US Customs, Managing Assists, Valuation, Managing Brokers and Freight Forwarders, Export Jurisdiction Determination, export Classification, Denied Party Screening, License Determination and Record Keeping per Regulations.
Gene McGill is uniquely qualified for management positions in small to medium businesses. His experience includes leadership for customer service, human resources, information technology, facilities, and project control as well as credit, collections, treasury, accounting and finance. He has proficiency for financial analysis and risk assessment related to M&A due diligence evaluations (e.g. alternative scenarios, market reviews, breakeven analysis). Gene has applied meticulous and thorough data collection, analysis and control techniques to five M&A transactions. He also has the change management experience and skills to implement the turnaround and start-up tactics related to M&A transactionsHe graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Champaign; BS - Accountancy
Greg Kahn is a results-oriented consultant with private and public international experience. Kahn has been very successful in helping high and low tech companies prioritize their new product introduction to effectively accelerate profitable growth. He has also effectively turned around foreign subsidiaries and effectively integrated newly acquired foreign operations to meet IFRS or US GAAP financial reporting requirements of the parent company. Kahn has held CFO or COO roles or advised key companies such as Xerox (Office Equipment), United Technologies (Aerospace, Air Conditioning, Elevators), ConAgra (Agriculture), SICOR (Pharmaceuticals), Robins Research International (Motivational), Evans Manufacturing (Promotional Products) and Organics Unlimited (Agriculture). Kahn is an expert in make/buy analysis and sourcing. He has extensive Project Management experience, Inventory Management and implementation of continuous improvement programs. Kahn is a professor is an expert and teaches Global Strategic Planning, Strategic Alliances, International Entrepreneurship, and other courses in Accounting and Operations. He is a successful coach and mentor helping develop financial leadership and support teams.
