This article is a based on qualitative research methodology and it is aimed ate identifying a set of advantages and contributions derived from implementation of balanced scorecard (BSC). When the BSC is implemented properly, it has several advantages over traditional financial reports, facilitating the process of change. Padmasiri, M. D., Sandamali, J. G. P., Mahalekamge, W. G. S., & Mendis, M. V. S. (2018). The Relationship between Training and Development and Employee Performance of Executive Level Employees in Apparel Organizations.

International Invention of Scientific Journal, 2(01), 12-17.

Employee training is focused on teaching and communicating with employee's instructions and or information to improve their performance. This paper links employee training with development and employee performance in executive level. The authors suggest that organization should build a correct and logically substantial mechanism to select the employees who definitely participating to the training program. Management need to be established a widely spread evaluation scheme to enhance performance of employees according to the organization objectives.

In Proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Knowledge Management and Knowledge Technologies (p. 25). ACM.

This paper looks at how recommenders system should be considered as fully automated facilitators having positive impact on team processes and consequently on team effectiveness from a sociological point of view. The author argues that recommendations should be perceived as facilitators that have impact on a team's processes. This position paper puts forward the idea that recommender systems perform next to process facilitation in content and technical facilitation.
