This paper discusses the importance of implementing strategic planning activities for a sports organization. First of all, this paper deals with the theoretical dimensions of Strategic Planning activities, then, the application in Kaunas sport and leisure clubs is analysed and evaluated. "In order to improve strategic management in sport organisations . . . it is necessary to relate setting of the goals with organization results and improvement of its activities". To facilitate the understanding of strategic planning the paper presents and compares several definitions and models.

This paper approaches 360 degree feedback as implemented by five IT organisations in order to understand better which the problems and challenges faced by employees during its application are. One of the main points addressed on this paper is multisource feedback, it explores the different types of assessment that have been used before (upward feedback, downward feedback, lateral feedback, and self-assessment) and makes a contrast between those methodologies and 360 feedback. er delves into the unfolding of complete human capability in the ADO. With a relatively small amount of input, leaders of organizations work to develop their will and feeling systems which directly correlates to effective group dynamics. These particular systems work to develop the underlying systems which act as the underpinning "human" components of leadership development. In examining the role of the 360-degree feedback, this paper proves feedback utility within the transformational process and describes the benefits and limitations of the system for a complete overview of the 360-feedback in the ADO.

Workplace Spirituality has several levels: individual, organizational, and the interaction between those two divisions; it is defined, as quoted from Ashmos and Duchon as "inner life, meaningful work and community".

The amount of participants in supply chain operations makes it difficult to share information within a supply chain. The design of an information technology solution through Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology allowed for effective communication between layers of the supply chain. This effectiveness of communication was deemed successful by the comparative analysis of verification and baseline measurements. The research was conducted at a marine transportation services organization, subsidiary of a major U.S. oil corporation.
